Topics are set by you as the client and could include: managing peers, feedback/difficult conversations, imposter syndrome, managing teams, conflict resolution, situational leadership, burnout, change management, or strategic leadership. Option to include CliftonStrengths Report or DISC Assessment.
Online and in-person training sessions and/or group coaching developed for relevance with the client. Sessions may cover one or more topics on employment best practices and compliance, including anti-harassment training that meets or exceeds state guidelines. Option to include CliftonStrengths Reports or DISC Assessments.
3-6 online sessions focused on personal or work-related support. Topics are set by you as the client and could include: exploring your personal or professional goals, uncovering your blind spots/opportunities, or clarifying and leading from your strengths. Option to include CliftonStrengths Report or DISC Assessment.
3 online sessions for students on assessing personal strengths through the CliftonStrengths Student report to support college or graduate school planning. At this time, this service is offered to clients through their existing Educational Consultant/Counselor.
