Please contact me if you cannot find an answer to your question.
I am located in Seattle, WA, and work with clients nationally and around the globe. While most of my services are offered online through Zoom, I am available for travel depending on the size and scope of the contract.
Yes!!! If that is important to you as a client/organization, then we will find ways to build in the fun. We will spend time at the very beginning of our work together talking about expectations, hopes, questions and goals. And you will share what I need to know about you in order to best support you. I will regularly check in to make sure we are staying on track and that I am supporting you with what is needed.
Before we sign any contracts for training or thought partnership support, we will meet to co-create the process and desired outcomes to ensure clarity and achievability on the scope of work. I only accept a few team contracts/trainings at a time so I can offer dedicated focus, attention, and quality results.
Currently, most individual coaching services can be contracted both directly through me, as well as through your organization. If you are interested in working with me, contact me, or feel free to share this site with your supervisor or HR/L&D/Leadership team.
At this time, coaching for college or graduate school planning is only offered to clients through their existing Educational Consultant/Counselor. Educational Consultants/Counselors wanting to offer this service should contact me for more information.
Confidentiality is of utmost importance in my work. I adhere to the International Coach Federation's (ICF) Code of Ethics, which includes strict guidelines for maintaining client confidentiality. I also follow the Code of Ethics set forth by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
The ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity, and leadership.
My approach to goal-setting is to help clients identify their goals using the GROW framework: Goals, Reality, Options, Way Forward. For coaching people in a career change process I use the CAREER coaching framework: Clarify, Assess, Research, Experiment, Execute, and Review.
